There is no one-sized-fits-all when it comes to diet. Every body is different. Every situation is different. The body is dynamic. As a Functional Nutritionist my job is to look at the body as a whole and create a diet plan that affects your physiology in positive ways to help relieve the symptoms you are experiencing. I take my clients and students through a 2-step process so the body can heal and grow - first we remove irritation and then we maximize nutrition.  Together we create a dietary strategy that works for you and your children. All of my coaching packages and courses include ongoing support and guidance to address the dynamic state of the body.


 I will give you a deep understanding of how food affects the body and, once you've mastered the basic strategies, you will know, once and for all, that you are giving your child the very best.
