Strategies for a “gentle cesarean birth” (video)

Screen Shot 2015-06-11 at 11.55.21 AMA lot of research has been done over the last few years exploring the relationship between cesarean sections and the development of illness later in life.  It turns out that c-sections, while they are sometimes critical, do seem to put a child at an increased risk for certain illnesses like diabetes type 1, asthma, allergy, celiac disease, ADHD, and autism.  A “gentle cesarean” is a new term being given to a cesarean section that is more supportive of health.

In this video I share with you 3 gentle cesarean birth strategies that can lower those increased risks, and also what to do if your child is older.
